Strict Cancellation – 48 hours notice.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please just let us know as soon as possible beforehand, but at least 48 hours before your appointment.  That’s it, job done. 

If the cancellation/reschedule is less than 48 hours’ notice you will lose your deposit and be charged a cancellation fee to the sum of 50% of the booked treatment. If this payment is not made then you will forfeit the treatment from your course.  If you do need to cancel, you can text, whats app on 07774 544455 or DM on social media. All this can be done 24/7. If you fail to show for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the booked treatment or you will forfeit a treatment from your course.

Lateness & Refunds
We know everyone has busy lives and sometimes circumstances beyond your control may mean you have to cancel your appointment or are unable to get to your appointment on time.  We’ll be as flexible as we can in accommodating this, however, the following policies apply.
Late Arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late we will not be able to extend the finish time but will still need to charge for the full appointment.

Price Alteration
We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.

Personal Items

Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

Advisory Medical Information

Before treatment commencement, please inform us of any medications and pre-existing medical conditions (incl. metal plates/pins, pacemakers, pregnancy or recent operations etc.) that may affect your treatment options. It is your responsibility to keep the clinic informed and up-to-date with your current medical circumstances and any health-changes. 

Please inform us if you may be/are pregnant or nursing, as we offer specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. Expecting clients must be 12weeks and over before they can enjoy some of our treatments.

Mobile Phones 
We respectfully request that mobile phones be silenced/switched off during your visit to the clinic.

Please keep your voice low and try to finish your phone conversations before you enter our building. 

Teenage Guest Policy
All guests under the age of 18years must bring a signed parental/guardian consent form. Not all teen treatments are suitable for those under the age of 16years. Some treatments may require the accompaniment of a parent/guardian.

Right to refuse

We reserve the right to cancel and or refuse provide an appointment if our policies are not being followed.
